I can’t believe it’s been almost three years since I moved to Chicago. The city has so much to offer I still feel like a tourist exploring it all. After graduating from Iowa State University with a hospitality major I knew a big city would have the right opportunities for me. I have been lucky enough to work for well-known local Chicago companies like Potbelly Sandwich Work and Homemade Pizza Company and now FOILED CUPCAKES! I’ve had a sweet tooth my whole life and now I get to use it in my job, which is fabulous!

When I’m not working I love to attend Cubs games, park it on my couch for an afternoon of Food Network, or check out any local restaurant (the spicier the better!) I recently got a puppy name Wrigley who is extremely sweet but extremely naughty, he keeps me on my toes.

I’m so excited to be a part of team FOILED. I’m loving baking great cupcakes with some really great girls
