Foiled Cupcakes is hiring 2 pastry chefs!

Requirements:
Ability to scale, mix and follow recipes in English
Basic production baking knowledge
High School Diploma (GED Acceptable)
Ability to maintain an organized, efficient, and clean work environment
Good communication skills and reliability to follow through on orders
Solid conversion and math skills
Focused, yet flexible attitude
Common sense and good judgment
Afternoon availability from 2-6 on Tuesdays and Fridays; possibly more hours based on ability/skill

Preferred:
Food Sanitation Certificate (City of Chicago would be awesome)
Experience in large production baking
Large production/high volume piping and garnishing skills
Inventory management experience

Job responsibilities:
Scale, bake, pipe, and package in a high production commercial kitchen in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood
Communicate daily with the owner to ensure smooth operations
Must be able to work with a team. The team is super fun, but they get work done.

Interviews will be held Monday, January 17th in the afternoon/evening.
