My Party Was Foiled! | January
January 27th, 2011Kelcy Hale is an Account Manager for Chicago-based marketing madhouse All Terrain. Her favorite cupcake? Foiled Cupcakes’ Southern Belle. (Probably because it’s RED like her #1 team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers!)
On Thursday, January 13, All Terrain celebrated another amazing year for our company - along with a special delivery of Foiled Cupcakes!
(Before we get to the party, can I just say that my coworkers within close vicinity to my desk and I had a HARD time keeping our hands out of the cupcake boxes and saving them for the party? The delicious smell combined with how tasty they looked resulted in total agony!)
Our team of 20 and our guests started off the evening with a four-course (and absolutely amazing!) dinner at The Drawing Room. Following dinner, we kicked it up a notch at Privet (formerly Le Passage), along with 250 of our closest friends, supporters and Foiled Cupcakes!
Founders and co-owners Brook Jay and Sarah Eck-Thompson welcomed the crowd before belting out a few karaoke tunes of their own. We sang (along to Live Band Karaoke!), danced and ATE our way through the evening, celebrating every step of the way. A VIP hostess (wo)manned the Foiled Cupcakes table - a favorite among party-goers who loved the intricate details that adorned the cupcake tops. Needless to say, they didn’t last long!
It was an awesome treat to have Chicago’s Foiled Cupcakes on hand to treat our team & guests to the very best! A BIG THANKS to Mari & the Foiled Cupcakes team for helping celebrate 12 amazing years for All Terrain!
